I like the printed sheet gives you a few exercise to start out with .
Used to strengthen my back muscles.
I love that is anti burst so I dont have to worry about it popping when working out.
Holds up to 1100 Lbs of weight. Ball is made from PVC materials.
Ball is great for core strengthening. Yoga,pilates are a few ways to use the ball during  a workout.
