 The water filter can be used in Amana, Kenmore,Kitchenaid,Jenn-Air,Whirlpool,Maytag.
Check the website to make sure it fits your fridge before ordering.

The filter last 3 months or 300 gallons of water whichever comes first.
Filters reduce the amount of chlorine  taste and odor from the water.
But does not remove the beneficial minerals.

It works due to the active carbon blocker.

Just remove the old filter and replace with a new one by unscrew the old and pushing the new one in place.
Works great I am worried about the florid in my water so I use the filter.
