I like the chest and head mounts. Great for skydiving and zip lines.

No instructions but it's easy to see where to attach everything.
If you have trouble watch a video on youtube.

 Tripod mount allows you to get multiple angles it bends and twist.
Head mount can be mounted to helmets. the float handle is nice to hold onto when in water.
The carry case is hard with soft foam liners.Holds camera and accessories.
Cloth bag holds all the small parts.
 The kit has 48 parts.

I let my daughter use the chest harness on zippline. Upload video later.

 I have found nothing wrong with the kit. Just wish its had instruction so my young kids can install the kit by themselves.

Great quality set is well worth it.
I recommend the kit it has worked great capturing our family fun.
