pan is 11" great for stir fry . The pan is deep to be used as a wok.

Pan is made from pressed aluminum and is covered with stone. A non - stick coating.
Not meant for high heat.
First time use coat the pan in oil rub all over the pan.
After use use cold water directly onto the pan and leave it for a couple of minutes.this helps maintain the pans nonstick function. By doing this each time you use the pan it will protect the pan from burning.
I clean the pan with hot water.
 I used the pan to make a stir fry. The pan worked great.
Food  did not stick and sled right out onto a plate.

I found nothing wrong with that pan so far.
