I unfolded the bag and unzipped to look at the bag,My cat hopped right into it.
My cat hates carriers I am quite surprised she likes it.
The handles are thick ropelike.
The bag is heavy duty canvas with velcro strap to secure the carry handles.
Has a adjustable shoulders strap. And inside the bag is a strap to secure your pet to the carrier.
So when you open the bag your pet does not escape.
Padded bottom can be removed and washed when need. It's about a inch thick.
Pad is lined with stain touch polyester woven fabric,with a velvet feel.
Has pocket for treats and 3 zipper windows for privacy.
Airline approved bag. Has a id tag.
Securely lockable zippers openings on two sides and on top of carrier for easy access.
Trolley strap to secure to other luggage.
Note: interior harness hook is only to be used with a harness not a collar. never leave a pet unattended in carrier.
Hand wash with pet-safe detergent and air dry.
Measurements ; 17 in L x 10 in W x 12 in H

I used the bag to take my daughters dog to the vet. She was scared of carrier,but when I unzipped the side window she calmed down.
No problem withthe zipper sticking.
