I tested out the cross band  strap it helped give me some relief when running.
 The strap is made from neoprene blend padding that helps control the pressure on the knee.
Has a velcro strap to adjust for comfort.
You control how tight you would like it.
Does not pinch your skin and no irritation. 

However it has latex so a allergic reaction  may occur.
Lightweight easy to use. 
Wash in cold water and let air dry. 

How to use aplay the strap just above the kneecap pull the strap through the hole and tighten the strap.

I received the patch to tested out for my honest opinion of the product.
 Arrived in a sealed marlon packet. Open it and  remove the patches.
You get 2 patches with 12 patches. first step is to break one of the sheet peel the pack paper coating and place any where you would like to be protected. Place one every 3 ft.
To activate the patches  just scratch the surface it activates the oils and protect for up to 8 hrs.

In the video I placed one on my dogs vest to protect her from mosquitoes.
 The sent is a strong lemongrass scent.
