 The package arrived in a blue cardboard box.
Dented up  and looks cheap.

I tried to assemble the product. The large pole went into the base just fine. The small thin pole would not attach to the slot on the bottom. I tried turning the bottom base but it would not move.
After ten minutes I gave up.
The pole is what helps you rip the paper towel with one hand. I was unable to test that out.

So I will use the paper towel holder as a holder when camping.
I am very disappointed in the product. But it does hold paper towels.
