Power switch is on top right the USB cord connections on top left.
M is mode selector . + increase  - decrease the speed. Middle dial is the timer.

The tens unit is small and portable.
I have used many tens units this one is no the best but works.
My husband say it dont work cause he is use to the high level ones.

This works great to target mt sore aching joints and lower back pain.
I place the electrodes on the area I want to target then adjust the level and timer.
I use 15 minute on each area.
Nothing wrong with the product.
