Great prodcut helps reduce migraines and helps reduce puffy eyes.

How to use:
Remove the stainless steel roller by sliding it up and out of the base.
Place in the freezer for a few hours.
Place the top back on and roll the roller on the desired area to be treated.
The top can be left in the freezer so it always cold.
Inside the roller is gel that holds the cold and spreads it to the roller when pressure is applied.
I used on my puffy eyes also on my temple/forehead for reducing my migraines.
Whit in ten minute of using the headache was gone.
Handle is easy to hold. Plastic is lightweight.
