I had trouble locking the plastic clip. It became stuck I had to wiggle the bag to release the tension.
Works good Just simply place around the handle of your luggage and wrap the cord around the other bag and clip the clip then pull the cord tight.
The bag is a little crooked but does the job.
My son said he wanted to use the bag to hold his heavy sleeping bag to his backpack.
The prodcut is made from nylon and microfiber material and plastic.
I disliked that there are no instructions attached.
Hand Wash the bag.
Measurements are 8.6 " x 1.2 " x 5.1 Inches.
Stitchin needs a little improvement. I noticed uneven stitching.
The bag does work despite the little issues.
