3 digit combination luggage lock, TSA approved locks

 The lock would not rest so I can use my own numbers.

The dial would not turn when pushing the rest button down.
Lock works with the factory set of numbers only.
I email the company but yet to hear from them on how to fix the problem.

When I hear from them I will up date.
