It arrived in a zipper bag with the pillow folded nicely.
comes with a hand pump.
To pump pull the tab up place the pump in the plug then start to pump,and with in a minute the cushion is full of air.
You can fill to the desired amount that makes you comfortable.
When full looks like a waffle.
I pumped up the cushion asked my aunt that's in a wheel chair to try this cushion out, to see if it makes a difference for her back if it dose I plan on giving it to her.
She seats in her chair most of the day at the care facility so if the cushion can bring her a little comfort why not.
Linda loved it she can finally seat back in her chair with out a back ache.
The cushion is firm but yet soft.(up to you how hard you want the cushion to be) Linda love it with less air.
when not in use she can fold up and store in the zip bag.
compared to other pillows this one is the best cause you can control the comfort of the pillow.And it takes up no room to store.
I recommend this cushion it seems to be made from high quality materials.
