My son suffered from PTSD and tinnitus so he has trouble sleeping and his ears wont stop ringing,so gave him this CD to listen to
When my sons ears start to ring he listens to the CD and it helps reduce his ears from ringing. (It helps mask the ring with something more pleasant.)
When he has night mares of Afghanistan he listens and it helps him relax with the rain falling.
The CD worked great to reduce stress.
