 I won't take the pill because of the gelatin.
I am a vegetarian it says it made from bovine.
But my husband started taking it to help with his migraines.
No complaints from him. 
He says his mind seems to be less cloudy. Fewer headaches.
Easy to swallow no after taste.

I was disappointed that it not vegetarian.
