 Easy to use:
1. Just put the gel in the upper and lower grooves of the tray.
2.Then place the deluxe tray in your mouth
3. and hold the blue light accelerator against  the front of the tray wait 15 minutes.

Only dislike I had with other whitening kits,was it took too long to prepare to whiten.
This kits only take 15 minutes no boiling water and putting mouth guard in the boiling water.
