I found a amazing prodcut that helps me reduce my migraines.
So easy to use.
Simple warm the gel mask and place it inside the black eye mask.
Instructions:
1.Heat up the GelPack by placing it in a cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
2.Remove the gel,dry it using a cloth and place it inside the gel mask securing it in place with the velcro.
3.Get comfortable and place the eye mask over your eyes,lying back will ensure an even heat flow.
4.Keep the eye mask on for 10 minutes. Once the treatment is done,remove the mask and clean it using the instructions below.
Cleaning instructions:
wipe clean using a damp cloth,and allow it to drip dry. Do not use any detergents as it can contaminate the mask.
