Easy to use simply place the drum in the slot and place the cheese in and turn the handle.
Easy to clean with just warm soapy water.
Won't rust. Use Soft cheese hard cheese works ok but gets stuck.
Can use nuts,veggies or fruit in the slicer.
I places some apple to grate it for coleslaw.
The blade cut through the food with no problem which surprised me.
I recommend the grater it come in handy to grate chocolate for dessert.
I found thing wrong with the product.
Nothing beats fresh grated parmesan cheese.
